Most customers pay their monthly subscription by debit order. You can also pay by EFT into our Standard Chartered or FNB account (see “What are Tracker Botswana’s banking details?”). Contact our accounts team on accounts2@tracker.co.bw or +267 391 3639 and we will help you set it up.
Please let us know before you sell. Depending on your plan, we can transfer your Tracker unit and subscription to your new vehicle, or to the new owner. Call us on +267 391 3639 to arrange it.
Download the Tracker Connect app or log in to the web portal to see your vehicle’s location, trips and notifications. Available features depend on the plan you have.
Call the Botswana emergency number +267 77 17 0000 immediately (or +27 11 243 6703 if you are in South Africa), then report the theft to the police. Our team works with the authorities to locate and recover your vehicle.
You can download your Installation Certificate from your Tracker app, or email sales@tracker.co.bw with your vehicle registration number and we will send it to you.
